These Terms and Conditions apply to all sponsorships made in support of Blue Book Theatre Company, a community-based theatre organization, Blue Book Theatre Company, by any sponsoring business, individual, or organization (“Sponsor”).
1. Sponsorship Commitment
Sponsorships help support Theatre’s mission to enrich our local community through accessible, inclusive, and inspiring performances.
All sponsorship agreements are considered confirmed once both parties have signed a written agreement or accepted in writing.
Payment or in-kind contributions should be delivered by the date agreed upon in the sponsorship agreement
.2. Recognition & Benefits
Blue Book Theatre Company agrees to provide promotional benefits and sponsor recognition based on the agreed-upon sponsorship tier or custom package.
Benefits may include but are not limited to: program mentions, logo placement, social media shoutouts, on-site signage, complimentary tickets, and verbal acknowledgments.
Blue Book Theatre Company will make every effort to fulfill agreed benefits, but cannot guarantee specific audience reach or results.
3. Use of Logos & Branding
Sponsor grants permission to Blue Book Theatre Company to use their logo, name, and promotional materials solely in relation to the sponsored production(s) or season.
Sponsor materials must be provided in high-resolution format within deadlines to ensure inclusion in printed or digital materials.
4. Appropriateness & Alignment
• As a local theatre company, we strive to partner with sponsors whose values align with ours—supportive, inclusive, family-friendly, and community-minded.
• Blue Book Theatre Company reserves the right to decline or remove sponsorships that conflict with its mission or may be considered offensive or inappropriate.
5. Term & Termination
Sponsorship benefits are valid only during the period of season as outlined in the agreement.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if there is a breach of terms.
In the event a production is canceled or delayed (due to weather, illness, venue change, etc.), Theatre will offer reasonable alternate recognition or benefits.
6. Refunds & Transfers
Sponsorships are considered donations to the community and are generally non-refundable.
If sponsorship benefits cannot be reasonably fulfilled, Theatre will offer a partial refund or transfer of benefits to a future production or event.
7. Legal & Liability
Theatre is not liable for any incidental loss or damages to sponsor materials placed at venues or events.
Both parties agree to conduct themselves professionally and to act in good faith throughout the sponsorship period.
8. Community First
Our theatre is run by volunteers and artists passionate about making theatre for everyone. We appreciate our sponsors as vital partners in this effort.
Theatre pledges to work collaboratively with sponsors to maximize mutual benefit and community impact
9. Governing Law
• This agreement shall be governed under the laws of the Catalonia, Spain.
