Anatolii Kozlov
Director and writer
Anatolii Kozlov trained under E. Slavutin and M. Milatovich-Ovadia, and largely through self-teaching. He holds a PhD in Biomedical Sciences from the Université de Genève and an MA in Creative Writing from Paris School of Arts and Culture, University of Kent. Ten years of research into creativity in art and science preceded his return to practice.
Since 2023 he has worked as writer, director, facilitator and lighting designer on productions and workshops in Cambridge, Geneva and London, including work at Corpus Playroom, the Dryden Society and the Marlowe Society, and at the Cambridge Festival and CARAC Festival. His work turns toward psychological depth and treats the absurd as formal method rather than mood. Current works in progress, Viva! and Disappearing by the Books, take up academic optimism and the mechanics of fear.
He continues to write and lead workshops on science and society, dividing his attention between research and stage.
