A multidisciplinary artist and restless soul, born on Carrer Ample (Ample Street) in the Gothic Quarter of 1980s Barcelona —a cradle for bohemians and dreamers. From an early age, he was drawn to writing, acting, and children’s animated series, a passion that led him to work as an animation screenwriter for the legendary Spanish production company BRB Internacional.
When a lack of funding brought several projects to a halt, his untamed spirit pushed him to take a radical turn: he became a professional wrestler, as well as a showman and stand-up comedian performing in theaters and comedy venues.
From that fusion of humor and combat was born “Lo Perico Enmascarat,” an iconic character that brought him to stages all across Barcelona. During that time, he co-founded the Barcelona Comedy Club, becoming a charismatic and unclassifiable figure within the entertainment world —even serving as the unofficial mascot of RCD Espanyol de Barcelona.
His constant curiosity later led him into the realm of theatrical costume design and creature creation, where he discovered a new way to tell stories. Today, he is a national reference in the design of professional and Mexican wrestling gear, combining this work with the construction of puppets and giant creatures for advertising, film, and television.
He was part of the creative team behind the animatronic creatures of La Historia Interminable: El Musical, and has participated in projects such as the Real Betis Balompié puppet, the Yeti from Tibidabo’s horror attraction, the monster from the TV series Romancero, the official mascots of the film Robot Dreams, and the official mascot of the Salon Manga de Barcelona.
He is also co-founder of the Puppet Gym, an international meeting and training space for puppeteers, and has collaborated on various Twitch programs, performing live puppet manipulation.
He feels that at any moment, his creative instinct may once again make him change course, guiding him toward new artistic territories —because, after all, he is a free spirit who lives with the wind… and no one ever knows where it might take him.
